Just saw Varsity Blues on video today. Now, I am the first one in a crowd
to make fun of Dawson's Creek as a TV show, but that Van Der-whatever did a great job in
this teeny-bopper movie. I kinda liked it. It was one of those warm-and-fuzzy
movies where the good guys win. Not that it was a cinematic masterpiece, but a fun
movie none-the-less.

Rented Clay Pigeons to check out tonight. Very odd movie. I like
Vince Vaughn a lot. I thought he was great in Swingers. This movie takes a
whole new look at him though. It paints him in a Psycho light that seems to suit him
very well. I liked the movie . . . but my friends didn't at all. They found it
too slow and predictable. Oh well. I still liked it.

Just saw the new South park Movie. Oh My! It was perhaps the
funniest movie I have ever seen. Not that I am into such base humor, but the whole
movie was just so well done that I couldn't help myself. I think that their goal was
to offend everyone they could. . . and they did. Now keep in mind that this is NOT a
movie for kids. I would even argue that an 'R' rating was a bit light. Not
that it deserved an 'X' or anything, it is just definitely not for anyone (and I mean
anyone) under 18. Most people will see that the movie is going over the top for a
reason, but a few won't see it for what it is. If you are of age, and aren't easily
offended, check it out. It 's kind of like a cartoon version of an Andrew
"Dice" Clay show.
